It all started this way...

I lost my shirt! Developers of Nashville's new Hickory Hollow Mall were optimistic when construction was completed! But then came the bad news. As he slurred out his spiel the next morning, I got 8 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR! Broke but not defeated, that's when I started my real estate investing career 35 years ago!
